How to integrate call tracking with a behavioral health CRM
The call platform knows the source; the CRM knows the outcome. Integration is what lets a center see both, every call becoming a tracked, attributed record. Here is how.

The Answer
The short version
Short answer: Integrating call tracking with a behavioral health CRM means every inbound call automatically creates or updates a CRM record carrying its source (campaign, keyword, channel), recording link, and disposition, and every downstream outcome (VOB, admit) flows back for attribution. CTM and CallRail both integrate with Dazos, Salesforce, and Kipu via native connectors or middleware; the build is field mapping, dedupe rules, and disposition sync.
The Build
Six steps to a clean integration
1. Map the fields
Source, campaign, keyword, tracking number, recording URL, and call outcome each need a named CRM field, decided before anything syncs.
2. Set create-vs-update rules
Match on phone number: existing contacts get activity logged; new callers create records. Bad dedupe rules pollute pipelines fast.
3. Sync dispositions both ways
Rep dispositions in CTM (qualified, VOB reached, wrong number) should write to the CRM stage, and CRM stage changes should tag back for reporting.
4. Attach recordings
Recording links on the CRM record put QA and dispute resolution one click away.
5. Route by CRM data
Advanced: known contacts route to their owner; VIP referral sources ring a dedicated group, the CRM informing the phones, not just receiving.
6. Test the attribution chain
Place a test call from an ad click and follow it: number → call record → CRM record → VOB stage → offline conversion. If any link drops the source, fix before launch.
Your CRM should produce admits.
We configure Dazos, Salesforce, Kipu, Zoho, and Opus around the admissions funnel, workflow, automation, and cost-per-admit reporting.
