The first call is a diagnosis, not a pitch.
Thirty minutes. We look at where calls come from, how fast they are answered, how many reach a verification of benefits, and how many admit. If you do not know those numbers yet, that is normal and useful, it tells us where to start. You leave with a plain read on whether there is a leak worth fixing and what fixing it is worth.
